8. Email and SMS communications

If you email us, you authorize us to respond to your inquiry at the email address you used. Sending an email does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing messages.

The website does not currently collect phone numbers through its Contact page or offer enrollment in an SMS messaging program. If AI with Dani introduces SMS in the future, it will use a separate, optional opt-in process and update the applicable terms and privacy disclosures before enrollment begins. Consent to marketing messages will not be a condition of purchasing a service.

9. Availability and changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for claims arising solely from your use of the free public website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid specifically to access the website during the twelve months before the claim or US $100. Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating solely to these terms or the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

13. General terms
